Request for release of postpaid pension chaque.
Sir,
I got superannuated from Tanda (U.P.) unit of NTPC on 31st November 2007.Since then I got my pension regularly. I have sent a live exesistence certificate duly attested by gazetted officer to you on 5.11.2009 through post.My Annuity No: 011M[protected]. But Till now I haven't got any information regarding the pension.
Hope you would be kind enough to and do a favour for me & send the postpaid pension cheque on my residential address furnished to you.

I have sent my existence certificate ( Live) duly attested by a gazetted officer to Manager P&GB on 5.11.2009. My Master Policy Annuity No: 011 M[protected].Till now I haven't got any postpaid cheque.Pl. send me the above & oblige me.
