[Resolved]  Ntpc Ltd — EPS 95

I am a retired employee of NTPC LTD. As on 31.05.2005 I have completed 58 years and I am eligible for EPS pension since then. But my pension payment is not yet released so far. The reason being that the deposited pension amount from RPFC HYDERABSD (AC no HY228960/60395)is not transferred to DELHI AC no DL/17811/155, inspite of reminders. The status report of transfer is as below.THIS REPORT IS AFTER 8 YEARS. STATUS for Member ID: APHYD[protected] Claim ID : APHYD[protected] Status : Claim Form 13 for Transfer to New Account Number: AGAINST Old Member Account has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim. Reason of rejection: The reason of rejection is not available in database. You may please contact RO/SRO HYDERABAD for further details. Today contacted customer care HYDERABAD, but could not get a response. Help is reqired to expedite transferring the amount from HYDERABAD TO DELHI and arrange for release of pension payment at the earliest as the my pension payment is delayed abnormally.
