[Resolved]  Nuera Telecom — OVERCHARGING NOT DISCLOSING TRUE COST AND DETAILS ,CHARGING 10TIMEMES MORE THAN OTHER COMPANIES.

Common Guys I m using Nuera Telecoms From Last 2 years..And even my whole family using this i have about 4 connections of Nuera telecom. And i dnt have any issue with this company... The call rates what i got from there sales department, i m paying the same rate only, yes they do charge service tax on that, but it is necessary with all the companies according to the law of country. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING DIRECTLY THROUGH THE WEBSITE U ARE GOING TO CHARGE ACCORDING TO THE RATES GIVEN ON THE WEBSITE.. AND I[censored]R GOING TO BE REGISTER THROUGH ANY OF THE SALES DEPARTMENT AGENT U WILL BE CHARGED BIT LESS. About the security deposit they charging $38.95 it is said to every customer i guess by there sales department...Every companies charging deposit amount before giving any postpaid connection. AND NUERA TELECOM CANT CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR BILL PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION... NOT ONLY NUERA, NO COMPANIES CANT DO THAT WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF CARD HOLDER. I m Happy with my connection I can even check my bills per day and can calculate it easily what they are charging me for a minute call.

there are a bloody some Indian guys how is doing job in this company my friends and the need only and only money ether you are getting service from them or ether you got the service from them or ether you mad good relationship with them before taking the service.it does not matter for them And the meaning all question which i wrote here. it is money money and money and my friends it's not about company it's about that bloody salesman commission how is being bull it since then they joined the company and it's about all they are bloody salesman fault it's fishing schema so be care full and be aware of it

it is a nice company to use i paid the security deposit
by using a gift card so that they cannot charge me any
extra amount and guys later on when i gave them 5 another
customers to call ghana they gave me $25 credit. they proved their worth
and you stupid guys always takes the connection fee plan dont go for it...
go for the no connection fee plan untill the difference is not too much
and one more thing it depends upon the user for the past 6 months my bill
is in negative... i am not paying a single cent to this company
and i am getting promotions...

fools dont like the company because this is for the smart ones...

This a clear scam and fraud. Their sales and customer service (if there is something called customer service at all) are one and the same and complete fraud. These days they started to call using the name NT Telecom and I was trapped by this NT Telecom. Shortly afterwards I realised what I was into as soon as I learned it is NUERA and got to know their record from the Internet. I quickly proceeded to cancel my credit card for a new one so that they could not push through their arbitrary charges. Within a couple of weeks I checked and was surprised to see that my bill was over $24 while I could not recall talking much. Anyway, I asked to cancel my service. Later on I was sent a bill of $30 (I could not figure out where this ghostly amount of $6 on top of $24 at the time of cancellation came from) and was told to pay that amount. When asked to settle that amount from the deposit ($39.95), they said they cannot do that and I have to pay. I flatly told them in no uncertain term that I will not pay a penny and that they will have to live with what they already scammed from me. They cannot rob me twice. They eventually backed off and gave up their claim.

These are bunch of out to rip people off through scam.
