My name Jagan i am 23 years . Let me share my opinion on grudally reduce hair fall..
I read all of your comments i am having hair fall since i am 16 years.I love my hair so much but still i maintained my hair till now almost 8 years by taking many precaution and even i tried all the medicine and nuzen is one of them and but nothing works. When my hair start falling at 16 all of my friends told me that maximum i can have for 2 years more but still i have to say my hair looks good and no patches though i have very less hair fall now.
I noticed people who advised here that mostly hair fall due to stress and negative thing that is complete . might be those people don't have hair fall or else they are in intial state of loosing hair. The person who loose their hair if they are in between 16 to 28 years they know the real value and more pain of loosing hair and i really felt this pain because we have to go out more often collage and friends and espically GIRL FRIENDS and parties and etc.
I want to suggest how i manage my hair till now not to getting bald.if you take some precaution there will be not much hair fall but it will only for this particular age and for who still don't have baldness and only hair falling and no patches on head.
1)I[censored] are taking any medicine DO NOT STOP in between it cause more hair fall weather its working or else don't approach to any doctor as my advise.
2)DO NOT TAKE head bath reason when any one take head bath they loose there weak hair. but the guy how having hair fall is nothing but they are getting more weak hair day by day so there is no point to take a head bath. But take once in a month just to remove the just but use very good and best DANDURFF SHAMPOO that time.
3)Always try to maintain very less hair cut and after that cut your hair once in two month and your to notify yourself. MANDATE once you start feel that hair is no hair falling do not get TEMPT to grow more hair or take head bath more often it will be a very big mistake make sure.
4)Always go for a proper sleep for more time and fixed time and NO NIGHT working at all.
5)No master bating during the day time.
6)Always wear a cap when u driving a bike and heavy wind blowing on you.
7)If hair fall is there then definite stress will be there will you go out form home DO NOT USE a comb always use your hand to comb your hair and NO crafts on head.
8)If you have white hair VERY MANDATE= no artifical or nature hair colour just don't think about it. Always go for MAHENDI it can be natural or artificAL no problem. BUT no hair colour it will ruins every thing.
9)Do not shave your head very often because there will be no impact by doing so.
10)By doing ALl these one thing you can observe your hair fall will be very very less, but it cannot stop falling. But you can maintain for long time. if you have any more doubts in this and anything ALways feel free to drop a mail to [protected]@gamil.com
