this is one of the biggest fraud company who charges hefty amount of money by luring customer for PR sort of things... Mrs Deepa is one of the biggest culprit ... he entice by conferencing seminar with hundred percent wrong committment ... .why not people go for higher authority to take stern action who dashes dream of normal people and getting huge sum of money...my friend ..who have taken service till date were pretty annoided ... and me also victmized after loosing huge amount of money and wastage of two years...
I will highly recommend every one to go directly for process..instead of taking help of any consultant...
Never go to Oasis ...they are one of fraud consultancy in India ..their operation to attract people for money only ..rest they do not bother...

i have also received such mail regarding work permit bt before crosschecking 1 shud neva make a mistake of investng such a huge amt in sch a fraud companies. if u really intrested in immigrations. i would refer MARA consultancy and WINNY as well. based in ahmedabad, they r well knw.. and they will guide u properly... My most of the cousins applied for immigration and they were satisfied with the services they offer. i wud suggest u to consult them 1s, if ur eligible they wud try hard to immigrantte .. n if ur nt eligible they wud find other ways to immigrant to ur preferable countries.

OASIS (bad spirit if its to be said in rituals)
I used to be one of their clients who was desperate to find a job in overseas. They took my interest towards traveling abroad as a bad advantage and started motivating me as if they have quite a few offers in hand and looking towards the suitability of the candidate who registers with them. To my surprise nothing is true behind the scene. Infact they run their office as a part time BPO and pretend as if they are primarily looking into processing of VISAs for Australia, Canada, Denmark etc. Even after handing over the fee they demanded there has not been seen any progress since. Whenever you call they say they are busy in the meeting, this is how they make fun of people but if you see their actual office infrastructure no one will ever believe whether a meeting can be conducted in such a small pigeon hole like office. While sign up, they make the bond for their protection of holding back our money with clauses of (i) if oasis was not in a position to find a suitable position for you, then 15% of your deposit will be deducted ...this and that...For their inability to suit a profile should the candidate be the blame. After all they take their percentage (like flesh brokers) and drag the process of refunding for a year or money and make interest out of it. By the time, you would lost the total interest of traveling abroad due to the mess and glitch they have created in your mind.
Most funny thing is, they call themselves with designation as HR, Consultants, Branch Manager etc but they are all idiots with no proper qualification and doesnt even know the menace and ethics of handling clients, rude bitches. Aparna, Kushboo, Malwika are few rude witches, my curse will never leave them leave happily. The way they respond to their mails, oh no awful. The quality of mails they present itself can judge their stand. They are all money rippers and daylight legal robbers. Stay away with these beats and try on your own and let your dream come the way you desire.
They are white skin dirty crew who possess no skill set and claiming themselves as having expertise in assisting aspiring candidature and make clients dream end in vain. Whoever works for OASIS are all liars and money swindlers (just like MLM companies whose asses were glued a decade ago). They fiddle peoples money by driving them crazy saying they will make their dream come into reality but the bad side of it is they will be the real cause to end your dream in vain. Initially you will have all sort of enthusiasm on hearing the way they talk but they are hollow in terms of job network. They often say, your resume has been forwarded to our international consultant who is looking after your case and who is interacting with the employer regarding the openings, the repeat the same for atleast 6 months for sure and later on you will fed up calling them asking for update in your case, infact nothing might have been moved in real and its just a verbal promises. They threaten you that you have signed a bond and it clearly states the policies and procedures. No need to be afraid you can take it up legally through court and sue them for operational inefficiency and take back your whole money (the way i did).
if one would have gone on his own applying for VISA in whatever sorts, he would have been a success rather relying on OASIS's crap service. Never lookback or take a foot forward signing up with them. I warn you as a good friend, the way i was depressed nobody should ever experience and hence writing all these here to beware of this f...g c...ts

Dear friends... i am just writing this to keep you updated about the fraud being followed by Oasis resource mangement company both in Delhi and Bnagalore......
See they do not provide you job anywhere......see i also read all the complaints and thought this is all bullshit written here about the company and see today i am myself came in there cobweb...
please DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL.........thats why they have kept ladies in their offices to talk to customers and lure the,m......... u still have time do not trust.....
i will tell u wat they exactly do......
I will not provide my address and number here as it is not safe so they might tell you that see it is not true so the person has not given his mobile no.......
people involved are divya,,,,,khusboo,,,,,,,,,,and others but do not trust this lady...
1 she will or anyone else will call you and tell you thet u resume has been shortlisted for PR visa.....which will later will be only for 2 years....
2.. she will ask u again to send an updated resume and sum papers for verification and they will say u actually cleared..........
3. initally the amount will be low but later they will ask for more amount.......and total fees would be 2.3 lakhs....
4.. initally you will be asked to pay Rs1101 as registeration which is full shit......
5.. mind it they will be always using words like if we are not able to provide you job they will do 100% refund......mark mywords,.......thjey will deduct half amount that is service chargde and other shits which they have actually not done.....
6... she will ask you an advance payment of Rs60,000.......... make sure u dont giv that.....beforegetting this payment that shitt will call you always and ask you how are you,,,,, wen are u giving the payemt and all stupid ques....
make sure u dont givvv..........
7.. once u giv her the payment she will tell you that you file is now forwarded to next level now they will place an interview,,, soon
it will take 3-4 weeks and u will be tired... now my friends if you are already on the middle that is paid the money then plz sit on ther head to get a job or money back..........
people are not fool here to write an waste their hell lot of time in posting such shit... their valuable money is lost and they are frustrated and want to make people aware that they should not cum into their trap..........

....but play safe...........................otherwise these bastards will ruin u and ur money.........in the sense i mean if they giv u ur money back also then they will deduct 40% of ur amount as service charge..........

Hi Kunna,
Do they refund money that we paid for immigration? Please let me know the procedure to get my money back. I signed up with ORM last year and paid 55, 000. No progress in moving the process further so far. I asked to refund at least half of the money. But these sluts ( Shreya Sengupta, malavika verma, Monika, kushboo) telling me that, no refund will be done after paying the money.
Please don't go ORM and don't get suffered.
If i would have donated at least half of this money for the poor, God would have blessed me with someting good. Really I'm suffering a lot to get my money.
Please help me friends..

How can you support this fraud company? Don't you have human values? earning money is two types: One is to work hard like us, Second one is to lick other's asses like you and keeping their money to enjoy. If you would have experienced anything like us, you wouldn't have commented like this. better leave this company and beg @ temples for money. You cheat and slut!!! Provide us with our money and then talk about this company as much as you want.. Coz everyone is here fighting for their money. Not for ur lectures okay!!!
One more option for you girls!! (who work with oasis and support that their company is gr8) Come for a night with me for 1 month ( this offer is not only for you, Malavika, shreya, garima, etc..), then I can happily think that " I used my money for my own enjoyment for a poor prostitute"

Divya and Jyotirmoyee Paul are the two bitches who called me regarding this overseas job visa opportunity. They also sent me a mail regarding the details, it also contained their company's registration certificate in MCA - Ministry of Corporate affairs.
When I saw the registration of the company date it was 2010 but on http://www.oasis-india.com/ website it says it has been operating from the past 12 yrs. I asked how is it possible. They told me they have another certificate and then that they will forward it too.
type ' ministry of corporate affairs ' in google. the first MCA website below that there will be an option to "Check Company or LLP Name" link, click on that . then it will open mca website type in oasis and enter it will only show 1 company.
This proves that Oasis has only 1 registered company and that too in 2010 so the company cannot be running from 12yrs - simply not possible. If you want you can type in infosys or any other company and see from how many yrs they are running.
I asked the same question to OASIS people - she first put me on hold, then her manager talked to me and cut the call. then again she called back and tried to convince me when i told i didn't want the service, she abused me and hung up on me.
Note: When I told them that there were many fraud complaints in internet regarding OASIS, they told that it is just competition and other parties don't want this company to come up.
CONCLUSION: IF OASIS WAS EVEN A REAL CONSULTANCY, THEY WOULD HIRE PROPER PEOPLE TO CALL WHO MAD THE MANNERS TO NOT HANG UP AND AT ANY COST NOT ABUSE CUSTOMERS. SIMPLY PROVES OASIS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IS A FAKE FRAUD COMPANY .

i completely agree with the complaints her for Oasis Resource Management! Its a complete fraud company...the MD Ruchin Rastogi and Rupinder(HR) are such bloody bastards...i swear! they dont have any tie ups overseas for jobs, i dont think they have ever got anyone a job abroad and i can say that coz i was an employee with the company. they ask there sales team to fool clients and the sales team has to do so for sake of their salaries...but these bastards dont pay them salaries too. No body in their office is as old as 3 months coz they promise huge salaries and incentives and finally pay nothing to thier employees for 2-3 motnhs and finally employees leave. The same happened with me too.
Its a polite request to all not to go to them as cliets or even employees...we ware of such bastards.
