We visited OMA health & beauty clinic, at Suma Heritage Building, Opp. PYC club, Bhandarkar Road, Pune-411004.
ph.no. 020-41221207/41302445. Mob. no. 8600000133. on dated 18.07.2012 for inquiring any treatment on pigmentation, by much force without giving any time to think or to take decision, Miss. Priha took token amount Rs. 5268 against total treatment fees after 25% discount & including 12.3% service tax Rs. 25268/-
Balance 20000/- was supposed to be paid on 19.07.2012. Total 10 seating's of treatment. But next day our decision gets changed & decided not to take any treatment which is such a costly. When I go to ask change in other service to provide in same amount that time they again forced strongly either to pay 10 or 20 thousand more else you are not going to get any services or treatments, otherwise if you fail to pay balance cash immediately then your paid 5268 amount will be forfeited & you will not get any treatment etc.
I observed too much cheating & no any transparency regarding rate chart or fixed menu rate chart. All together charges are depend on walk in customer is from which category, They read customer's face very well & as per that they just seat on reception counter to catch the ''bakare's'' As soon some body comes in their clinic they just committing false words to en cash the easy & sophisticated money. They are not like other organization like VLCC & other reputed multinational companies. Oma clinic is just opened to mislead the common public to en cash the easy & instant money by wrong way.
