Omni — Bad service from automotive | |||
hello , i am fed up of this service center located in Kalyan Shilphata Road near Hp petrol pump ,there r n number of complaints from this Service center : 1)ON booking on calls for service . 2)once u go to service center they tell u to wait for half hour ,then they tell us to keep on waiting till the period of 2 hr is complete 3) once u put Ur car for servicing they give u delivery day and time after 1-2 days .......after 1-2 days when u call they tell us that some parts needs to be change ....we tell them to do as needful ....after that when we call them again they tell us some other part have problem for that we have to bring it from other shop 4)when time of test drive in delivery period the "problem not yet fixed which were mentioned " they r asking for more days to complete ...we took t delivery as we don't want to waste more time in stupid center 5) just after 12-15 hr later when we went for drive car went in bad condition and gear no:1 and 2 did not respond ...we fixed it from local garage in middle of the road....when we ask what was the problem he said only one screw is left..... rest of the screw were removed ..we were shocked .i request u to pl: pay attention to needful thanx u Was this information helpful? | |||

omni — DISSATIFIED WITH REPAIR
I HAVE REPAIR MY VEHICLE (UP14U-5535) AT REGENT AUTOLIKS PVT LTD. GHAZIABAD ON[protected] AFTER THIS I HAVE WENT THERE 7 TIMES FOR SAME PROBLEM. AT THIS TIME MY VEHICLE IS NOT OKomni — service
your company service is very bad.there is falt after servicing then, i m going for check my omni car but no body check the car and say me your i c wall is broke and no body talk to me correctly.omni — servise
sir ,my car is omni ,i bought from jaikrishna saibaba colony branch ,TN 66 D 2646 today i send my car to 2rd service but they have not done well ,just they have not clean the wheel cup also , and they have not cleear any problem also , i have not satisfied with jaikrishna servise work shop so plz take care of it .(my mail id is ([protected]@gmail.com ) my phone no is [protected] plz contact to me)
bad service — bad service
I am an old customer. My card No:[protected]. I visited on 25th March by about 9:30 in the morning.and selected some of the items. There was only one cash counter open. I waited for about 20 minutes in the Q. I observed that the cashier was not courteous. He used to attend to the customers who had one/two itms ignoring the persons in the Q. He quralled with a lady customer before me also and called the manager for his 'ignorance' in billing. Again he did not attend to me. I brought it to the notice of the manager and returned without buying anything. I observe nowadays there is not proper service to the customer.Here is one suggestion too. There is no reputed outlet nearby in Rajajinagar - Ist Block/II Stage/R & N Blocks/Milk Colony, Subramanyanagar. I feel you may consider opening one of your outlet in Ist Block which is a busy and old business locality.
