non delivery of my parcel
i have sent a half kg parcel to my father by on dot courier on 23.2.2008 having consignment no.195156197 but it could not be delivered till date

Dear Sir,
We are having trading firm at Mandi Gobindgarh in the name of
Radheysham Enterprises( Sister concern Shiv Om Padmay E nterprises).
Your franchise here is saying that give me all your couriers otherwise
I shall not give you the delivery. He say that you can refuse the
parties sending you courier to not to send tham through ondot.
So many couriers he had returned. We bear a great loss due to this.
Please suggest What to do.

Well i have had this bad experience A manufacture sent me a consignmen via AWB 423779020 on Friday 29th April 2011 and till date 5/5//2011 has not reached me this courier should be avoided at all cost

consignment bearing no 618918613 and 618918602 dated 26.07.2011 and 25.07.2011 were not delivered to me till dated irrespective of word given by your executives. number of call made to your customer care center but no one is bother to reply the same. due to your irresponsible and unprofessional attitude i suffer grave mental agony. the said omission on your part cause me loss in monetary terms.

I do agree with u..On dot has proven to be very very poor (some employees/delivery guys) must have made it so.. But whole management is poor as what the bosses r doing??? My very important document sent on 02 Sept... not delivered till 07 Sept at a place just 90KMs away from mine's

the numbers are almost always changed and non reachable. every time we complain we got one number and after some time we found that number out of order. Please have one number and that should work. all the numbers on net are not working.

I had booked a courier No. 623231230 from Panipat to Ludhiana on 21.03.2012. It was so much important for me. But till today (31.03.2012) after 10 Days, its status is showing nothing. It is very sad to say that people of the company are very Careless and they don’t understand the needs of customers. By providing these type of bad services, what customers can expect from them. I will never book courier from Ondot again.

My supplier has sent me the Sample through Ondot vide docket number 620170751 dated 22.2.2012 from Gujarat to me at Jamshedpur.
After several reminders to your jamshedpur and Kolkata office, i have not recieve the same so far till date i.e. 2nd may 2012.Nobody responce in such case and i have lost the business just because i could not submit the sample on time. The On dot courier is responsible for this and i have circulated this information to my circle NOT TO TAKE THE SERVICE OF ON DOT COURIER.

Hi, My POD number is 581520857. My branch office from hyderabad (A S rao nagar) had couriered an important papers to my office address Chennai (Purashawakkam). Still i didn't got any response from your people. I spopke to your executive Ramya on 044-42638482, firstly she dont know what is her responce & she clearly dont know how to talk to a customer. 1st time when i called she said she busy having lunch, even i understood, OK why dont you people can call customers back ?????? it means u guys not take care of customers, isnt it ?????? 2nd time when i call she told that she need 1 hour time to crosschek my parcell, while talking to me she was chit chating with some one over there when im on line. 3rd time when i called after 1 hour she said it ll be deliver after 15 minutes & she said its a mistake form the manager, so he ll be coming for delivery im still waiting its 4 hours now, nobody had come. Im trying ur number still but no answer from anyone on the above mentioned number. Please look on to this issue & get my parcell asap. Dont know whom to contact, so please forward it to the concern person. Its really helpfull if u guys call me.
