On Dot Courier — NON DELIVERY AND NO RESPONSE

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the non delivery of my courier no.[protected]. It was send on 30th July from Maruti Suzuki to Mumbai.

This was supposed to be an urgent courier but has really lost its value as it has not been delivered till date.

After repeated calls to the courier agents in Maruti – Rakesh and Pankaj and their manager, I have still not been able to trace the courier.

Your website tracking has not been updated. The customer care nos. don’t work. The Mumbai office people are the most indecent of all.

In today’s time spending two weeks on a courier delivery is stone age living. Even the Indian mail works faster than this.

No amount of grid failures and slow server and boys on leaves and monsoons can justify this delay
