Dear sir My friend Mr.DEVENDRA KUMAR SINGH couriered a parcel by on dot courier lucknow to jhansi address-496 adarsh nagar sipri bazar jhansi docket no.[protected].He send me three saries.Each sari was in saperate envolap & all three packets were taped with one another.But when i recived parcel ,there was only two atteched packets,and some body wrote on the packet two sari. To the point i want to say that some body stolen my one sari,and when i discuss with lucknow's agent ,he said that matter belong to jhansi agent and jhansi agent said this matter belongs to lucknow agent.Over all no one give me satisfactory answer. ON DOT — Non Delivery of article
I booked a letter with On Dot Franchise at Town House Market, DLF Phase-III, Gurgaon on the morning (10 AM) of 02 Mar 10. The packet was addressed to a landmark in South Delhi.The packet still stands undelevered even on 05 Mar 10.
The On Dot site was down for maintenance, the phone numbers given on AWB does not work, the shop at which the article was booked is rudely uncooperative, the agent who called me in the morning has stopped pciking my call. Sending multiple SMS has caused noe effect.
Overall, the support and service provided is highly disgusting.
