My uncle has booked a courier no 299574099 from Phagwara (Punjab) on 01/04/2008 but it was not delivered as of now. And when i am tracking my consignment the website it was showing delivered. I have send one courier through on dot to chennai. i sent it on friday.it was delivered after 5 days, after the results of contionous phone calls to the authorities.otherwise it won't deliver. i have also read and heard ondot courier means NO DELIVERY, which is 100% true.now only iam realizing the fact which is heard is 100% true.from bangalore to chennai hardly it will take 5 hrs to reach.ok leave it the next day definetly it might reach, here in my case it reached after 5 days.the fact which i have to reveal is that the service is exceptionally bad.

Hi,
I have send courrier on 1st august at 16:00 hrs from suman tower Gandhinagar Gujarat to to destination Noida with POD no 271290691. At the time of booking i was assured that my courier will delivered at 2nd august evening. Since today it is 5th of august still my courier is not delivered due to which i have to face business losses.
I want to know who will be resposible to it. And whether my courier will be delivered or not.
Other courier providers used to deliver my courier with in 24 hours till now.You should not provide this kind of unsatisfactory service.

I have one Courier(301606979) in ONDOT. This courier was reach in a Bangalore at Sunday (9-0808). But Till Now I am Not receive. I was check my Status On NET 12-08-08. After that i get this Number-080 22247908.This Number is given another this Number(080-41300173-174-175).I was Called this Number again I get Another This Number-080-65675733.Again I get deliver boy number on13-08-08(9739651336). This person say to me i will give you tomorrow 14-08-08. I was called this person in a morning at 10.35am, He told to me i will be coming in your side around 3.30pm. That person was not came, Again i called that person around 4.10pm. then he told to me i am not coming your side My Boss will coming to your side he given Boss Number(9242141401). i called to his Boss Number at (4.11pm). His Boss Is Saying i a not coming your side. i am sending my person he will be reach in your Place with in 1Hr.Again I called His Boss Number at (5.30pm) he told to me he will be coming in 30Min.Again I call His Boss Number at (6.10pm). he told just you give some time he is on the way he will we reach there in some time .I was waiting for that person. Again i called his Boss Number at (7.00pm).he told me i call my person after that i call you. He was not called to me. Again i Call His Boss after 3 attempted he receive the call then he told to me I am going to send Back to this Courier Because the DOOR WAS LOCK.
At last i am not receive my Courier. After that I am Writing this mail to you. Rakhi is there on that Courier .Tomorrow is the 15 August and Day After Tomorrow is the Rakhi.

Dear sir or madam as per your tracking system over courier recived at your delhi office on dated 3/09/2008 awb no :225848138(delhi airport office) with mr. sujan singh but we have not recived over courier yet till date i have make many caal your kirti nagar office and airport office but no any person pick the phone this same story make with us many time the same problem come with regulare and the same report i send to my had office this is very sameless servise if the problem come out next time than we can't work with you and i request you please cal me imedatly at my cell

My brother sent a courier by Ondot wide AWB No. 195686890 on 30th Augst. On 5th Sep, their portal is showing the status that sent from New Delhi Airport Office to Noida on 2nd Sep 2008.
No response from the numbers as given on OnDot website.
I advise everyone to boycot OnDot courier.

My father has couriered from Ambala to Bangalore vide 301789248 on 7th Sep and it has not reached me yet. If I track it online it shows deliever to some Kamakshipalya branch where as it was sent to Koramangala Bangalore. And when I call center I just get one more number to call and as of now I have made 100 of calls to trace the same and no one gives a reasonable response and try to help in the Company.
