[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — Courier not delivered

Dear Sir, This is in reference to the Docket no[protected] vide which the
material was dispatched to me from Hisar on dated 12/05/2014 when I did not
receive the courier I checked up the status online and then talked to your good
offices at karnal it was informed to me that so far he had received no materials
against the Docket no. It was informed to him that he should check online and
informed me of the status. But he gave me the helpline numbers at Delhi and
asked me to contact them for the details as he had not details as per the docket
number. On my contacting the mentioned customer care no provided I was surprised
that there was no response from any of them, it is to highlight that being the
provider of courier services you are fully responsible for the materials
dispatched vide your Company against the docket numbers which are issued by you.
The company charges the freight amount as well as the service tax thus making my
self the person availing the services a customer. As so far no action has
been taken at your end to provide me which the details of the materials / the
non receipt of the material which is a costly product. I therefore request you
to look into the matter and provide me with the details as well as the material
within 48 hours otherwise I shall be forced to seek the legal option in the
competent Court of Law.

I WANT A MAIL FROM YOU THAT YOU WILL BE REVERSING THE AMOUNT WITH TAXES AND ONLY THEN I WILL PAY THIS MONTHS EMI OTHERWISE I WONT AND WILL APPROACH THE JUDICIARY.

abuse and forcefully applying schemes
i have been abn amro credit card user for the past 1 yr(card no [protected]). they offered me lifetime free insurance of icici lombard.but they started charging me for it on emi basis(per month 360 rs) . i talked with the customer care but they denied that they had made any such promises. i let it go.
after that i made a purchase of 20000rs and i asked them to convert it into emi.they did so. i pay the installments always before my due date.
they didnt have cash collection system earlier. once my check bounced because h.d.f.c bank from where i deposited my check didint clear because of spelling mistake. abn amro didnt inform me and started demanding money at the end of the month.
i explained her that its the end of month and im a salaried person i cant pay now. so she said that i will have to pay late fees. i agreed on that. but suddenly she went mad and started abusing and gave me bad words. she said that i will have to pay the amount within one hour. i told her that iam ready for the fine whats ur problem? she said that im a robber and all filthy things.
i paid and i let it go.then they always keep on calling for their schemes and offers. i had made it very clear to them that i dont want any offers from your bank so pls dont call me. but they call atleast 7-8 times a day thru different persons.

this time they were offering some holiday package scheme for which i have been denying for the past 4 months.finally they told me that they will mail me the offer and only if i like it then i will have to pay cash of rs 4000 as taxes for one time and go ahead with the package by calling the customer care and confirming it. . i didnt recieve any offer or scheme letter but they charged 4000/- directly from my credit card for something which i never purchased or opted for.
i spoke with customer care ,they said its their mistake and will reverse it next month. but i will have to pay the amount of 4000/- for this month plus the service tax of rs 500/-

now no one is ready to take my complaint,they just hang up after i give them my details.lately i had spoken to ms parol from delhi. she abused me and gave bad words

i am not able to pay this amount and will not pay because i never opted for this offer. after telling them number of times that i dont want any schemes why do they keep on calling.?

pls look into this matter and help me out.

pls see that is a copy send to the consumer complaints for credit cards.pls take some action against my complaint and i want that 4000/- reversed with taxes this month with a new statement. iam not going to pay a single penny for your forceful acts of loading schemes on me.and pls tell ur customer care to talk decently. i have never been a defaulter for that you can check my records

I have send one courier through on dot to chennai. i sent it on friday.it was delivered after 5 days, after the results of contionous phone calls to the authorities.otherwise it won't deliver. i have also read and heard ondot courier means NO DELIVERY, which is 100% true.now only iam realizing the fact which is heard is 100% true.from bangalore to chennai hardly it will take 5 hrs to reach.ok leave it the next day definetly it might reach, here in my case it reached after 5 days.the fact which i have to reveal is that the service is exceptionally bad.

I have send courrier on 1st august at 16:00 hrs from suman tower Gandhinagar Gujarat to to destination Noida with POD no[protected]. At the time of booking i was assured that my courier will delivered at 2nd august evening. Since today it is 5th of august still my courier is not delivered due to which i have to face business losses.

I want to know who will be resposible to it. And whether my courier will be delivered or not.
Other courier providers used to deliver my courier with in 24 hours till now.You should not provide this kind o[censored]nsatisfactory service.

Not delivered to my Documents in channi for 3 Days

This person say to me i will give you tomorrow 14-08-08. I was called this person in a morning at 10.35am, He told to me i will be coming in your side around 3.30pm. That person was not came, Again i called that person around 4.10pm. then he told to me i am not coming your side My Boss will coming to your side he given Boss Number([protected]). i called to his Boss Number at (4.11pm). His Boss Is Saying i a not coming your side. i am sending my person he will be reach in your Place with in 1Hr.Again I called His Boss Number at (5.30pm) he told to me he will be coming in 30Min.Again I call His Boss Number at (6.10pm). he told just you give some time he is on the way he will we reach there in some time .I was waiting for that person. Again i called his Boss Number at (7.00pm).he told me i call my person after that i call you. He was not called to me. Again i Call His Boss after 3 attempted he receive the call then he told to me I am going to send Back to this Courier Because the DOOR WAS LOCK.
At last i am not receive my Courier. After that I am Writing this mail to you. Rakhi is there on that Courier .Tomorrow is the 15 August and Day After Tomorrow is the Rakhi.
