[Resolved]  On Dot Couriers — Courier not delivered

Dear sir or madam as per your tracking system over courier recived at your delhi office on dated 3/09/2008 awb no :[protected]delhi airport office) with mr. sujan singh but we have not recived over courier yet till date i have make many caal your kirti nagar office and airport office but no any person pick the phone this same story make with us many time the same problem come with regulare and the same report i send to my had office this is very sameless servise if the problem come out next time than we can't work with you and i request you please cal me imedatly at my cell

My brother sent a courier by Ondot wide AWB No.[protected] on 30th Augst. On 5th Sep, their portal is showing the status that sent from New Delhi Airport Office to Noida on 2nd Sep 2008.
No response from the numbers as given on OnDot website.

I advise everyone to boycot OnDot courier.

My father has couriered from Ambala to Bangalore vide[protected] on 7th Sep and it has not reached me yet. If I track it online it shows deliever to some Kamakshipalya branch where as it was sent to Koramangala Bangalore. And when I call center I just get one more number to call and as of now I have made 100 of calls to trace the same and no one gives a reasonable response and try to help in the Company.

I am writing you this mail to divert your kind attention towards the kind of services the courier company is providing to their customers. I booked a courier no[protected] from Ghaziabad on 09/09/2008 but it was not delivered as of now. And when i am tracking my consignment the website it was showing delivered. I request you to please take necessary action as that consignment attains a great importance.

Hello,

I had shipped a mobile phone from Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad office to Chennai on 13/09/2008 with AWB No.[protected]. This item has still not reached its destination and I am not able to track it also online. They have also charged me Rs. 1000 for the courier charges with insurance. I have sent many items through others from US to India for $12, which is also less than Rs. 1000. It has taken more than 5 days now and still has not reached. This is too long and too much cost for the courier. This is absolutely intollerable.

My brother sent a courier from Mumbai to Delhi by On Dot No.[protected] on 4th Oct'08. On 7th Oct, I went to their office at Barahkhambha road, new delhi and their portal is showing the status that received Delivered on 7th Oct by Palam; New Delhi Office but I didn't received any packet by On Dot. Not even my family or neighbour received any packet.
I tried to contact Mr. Sujan Singh - [protected], frenchise owner of On Dot and he forworded me to Airport Mr. Rajan - [protected] and Rajan forwarded to Shivkant - [protected] and Shivkant provided the Mobile No - [protected] of Courier receiving person who is living in Dwarka Sector - 7, New Delhiand such person confermed that he has not received any courier from On Dot. Dwarka is different locality from Mahavir Enclave, Palam where i am living.
I am surprised to see insicerity in such a huge competetion.
Hope that it will take some positive impact and do the needfull.

I did n't received the courier Docket no[protected] Dated 27.09.08 till date
we need it immedately

Further, my friend sent me a courier from Ludhiana to Delhi vide AWB[protected] on 6th Oct which was delievered on 11th Oct 08. Even a courier from Los Angeles will take lesser time.

Worst part is that online tracking of On Dot reflected this AWB booked from Ambala with status already delievered on 8th Oct 08. Am unable to understand how many AWB with same number are issued by them.
