I have personally been at the receiving end of the absolutely pathetic service from On Dot which should rename themselves as Never On Dot. A document sent from Indore on 1st November 2008 has not been delivered to my Mumbai address till today 5th November 2008.
No one at the courier agency seems to be interested in doing business and giving quality service, it is indeed shocking how such organisations can get ISO certifications.
