on dot couriers pune — Document courier not delivered
dear friends, i had sent an important document to kolhapur from pune on 14-11-09 .its awb no.[protected] .but it has not reach yet. i talked with pune dot incharge,he replies that my awb no. is not on system.what should i do?pls help. I had booked AWB[protected] on 19/11/09 to Dibrugarh, Assam. Today is the 27th and the customer care enquiry website does not function.

The services of on dot courier is one of the worst ever I have seen.
I have posted a letter wide POD NO[protected], which till date is note delivered.
I contacted at 45005888 / 45005805 and got a new no to be contacted that is
[protected], after speaking to the person I got a new no [protected] from where i again got a new no of gurgaon branch [protected] where the person Sandeep / Bansal were totally unknown abt the status of the provided pod.
after that some how I managed to get the Delhi Office no[protected] where I made a complaint.
The complain no is 136 (spoken to Anita).
Kindly do the needfull.

OnDot, kind of waste courier services, i have sent courier last 5 days back from firozabad to Bangalore, i even asked as many people who linked with this services but didn't get till now, I think i should case for my all the document, which i have lost due to that.
I too have similar complaints.
