Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd — Non-Delivery of the consignment till date

Dear Sir / Mad'am,

It has been 20 days and neither the courier has reached its destination nor it has returned back.

Despite of many complaints to the booking agent in Lucknow no action has been taken.
The said courier's website is also not functional. I even tried sending an electronic mail (mentioned on the website) to them but no such email id exists.

I HAVE SENT SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT TO MY BROTHER ON 27/10/2008. I HAVE SENT THE COURIER FROM [ON DOT COURIERS & CARGO L.T.D].I HAVE SENT THIS FOR TIKKA TO MY BROTHER.TILL NOW HE DIDN"T RECIEVE IT.

AS I HAVE BOOKED CONSIGNMENT FROM RAVULAPALEM OF ANDHRAPRADESH TO MADHIRA OF ANDHRAPRADESH VIDE AWB NO[protected] ON 18/11/2008, I CAME TO KNOW THAT THERE IS NO SERVICE FOR THIS COURIER COMPANY AT MADHIRA STILL THEY HAVE BOOKED MY CONSIGNMENT THE CONSIGNMENT REACHED TO VIJAYAWADA THERE AFTER NO INFORMATION FOUND, WHILE VISITING THE SITE FOR TRACKING THERE IS NO DETAILS FOR THIS CONSIGNMENT NO.AS I FEELS THAT THE STAFF MAY THEFT/MISPLACED AS THE COURIER COMPANY SAYS THAT THEY ARE ISO RATED COMPANY HOW THEY GOT IT I REALLY DID NOT UNDER STAND SOMA ONE PLZ HELP US TO PUNISH THIS TYPE OF COMPANYS

Dear Sir/Madem,
I booked consignment on 18/11/2008 from Gurgaon to Hyderabad.

The AWB No:[protected]. As per the tracking it shows it reached Hyderabad on 21/11/2008.
But so far it has not reached the consignee address. Please lets us know the status why it has not reached? When i tried to complain there no responce from coustmer care.

A consignment was booked from Jalandhar City on 13/12/2008 for delievery at Faridabad (Haryana) having consignment / AWB No[protected]. but till date (i.e. today evening 17/12/2008 it has not been delivered.

When the officials of the courier company were contacted at Jalandhar as well as at Faridabad, the status and where abouts of the consignment was informed.

The replies were not satisfactory at all.

The services of the above company are worst I have ever come across and tI recomend that this courier company needs to be blacklisted by one and the all.

Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd — Non delivery of consignment

7 consignments is registered on date 16/10/2009 and yet not been delivered till date which has to be delivered in range of 200 Kilometers.

Since this consignment was an invitation to my relatives for attending the celebration on 22/10/2009. Hence non delivery of the consignment on stipulated time has resulted into an utter resentment among the relatives and friends.

Further, photograph of one of the bill depicting date and docket no. has been attached for your kind action.

Looking forward for the immediate action.
