sender is sunil kumar mittal 46 natraj puram kamla nagar agra.

Hi,
I sent a urgent courier from OnDot Couriers and Cargo Ltd.(AWB no.*[protected]*) on 8/Feb/2009, Sunday at 2.00 p.m.from Pune to Bhubaneswar with an assurance that it will be delivered on 11/Feb/2009, Wednesday but it has not been delivered yet.
I have called the concerned person several times whom i gave it( Mr. Navnath Choraamle, [protected]), but got an irresponsible reply. The contact number of the person concerned in Kolkata office ([protected]) is also wrong. i tried to call the Pune manager (Mr.Amit, [protected])but he is not recieving the call.I am extermely dissappointed by such an ynproffesional and irresponsible behaviour.I want some immediate action to be taken againest the organisation.

i had sent rakhi to my brother thru this courier service on 29th of july to ahmedabad n he has not recieved my courier till yet n the festival of rakhi has also passed now. i enquired twice in their meerut office n everytime they said mam has left now or v'll call u as soon as v cum to know the status o[censored]r courier n its almost a 9 days now they have not answered my call . neither they r giving me a satisfactory answer nor ther r sorry for their irresponsibility. i m really hurt by all this. i would like to suggest to all the other consumers not to take services from this co. as they r very very irresponsible people. i would rather say its a 3rd class courier service. they shoud rather close their services if they can not provide gud services to the consumers.

hello to all.She is absolutely right.I am totally agree to this complain that its a third class courier n this courier alwys cheat to their customers...i urge to all the consumers that plzzz dont take their services...

I am jai kumar from Kanpur.I have send 4.5kg parcel from ondot couriers self office KANPUR to UTHUKULI - 638751(Erode (Dist),Tamil Nadu).AWB no :[protected].But not yet that parcel delivered to there and that parcel very important and urgent need send to there.I request you to please take correct action in this complaint.

ONDOT Couriers and Cargo Ltd. — not delivered and not returned to origin too

dear sir/madam,



this is brahmdeo yadav s/o late sri shankar yadav residing in vill and post-Nausarh gorakhpur.My a friend sent me a parcel ref no.[protected] thru ondot courier at 21st of april 2010.



But that parcel didnt delivered me till this date.

So i want to say that my parcel is too urgent and provide me as soon possible.

Pls note consignment No.[protected] Dated 3.11.2010 booked at Raipur for Indore. I am taking follow-up for last three days on Phone No. [protected]. They are delaying consignment delivery by their own tactics, and imparting false reason. Consignment not delivered so far.
