On Dot Couriers — poor service

very worst service by on dot couriers.my friend had booked me an courier 10 days before from bhuvensvar to erode.i tracked the material by AWB and their site shows it is in chennai.{last 5 days its in chennai itself)
i tried to get chennai branch numbers shown in their site which all those in out of order or not attending phone.once someone picked and declared that i cancelled my agency and staffs of ondot were resigned due to salary problem,and also he hint me that they planned to deliver thro ST COURIER persons for other cities of tamil nadu. really i am mad like anthing as it very important to my carrier.

dear peoples, if you to want to feel hell before die,do deal with on dot courirs and carriges.
