Cheating

Sir,
I am victim of this company. I also booked 7N/8D tour for 4 people at 6999 in march valid for 1 year.(Tran. ID. 10337455) after 2 month I decided to go manali and sent 750 rs DD for booking the hotel but as per rule. but they did not book the hotel till last movement. I called them several time but not replied satisfactory by their executive and not booked my hotel which resulted in so much of mental harassment & also waste of my precious time. Every time you call you will be answered by some different person All these people give some or the different stories. Now i want refund my money.
It is requested you to kindly help me in resolving this issue.

I registered my complaint in 27 jun., now 3 month pass away but still my problem is not resolved and not get my refund money. please take any action.
