[Resolved] Onida / 21ulraslim TV — Display Problem | |
Dear Sir, I had purchased one new ONIDA21ULRASLIM TV from Digital Shoppy on 9 FEB, after three months i got a problem with Display. so I registered a 1st complaint, then rectified that problem temporally, after two weeks the same problem raised aging, so I registered a 2nd complaint, then after 1 month they came home and taken my TV for changing the TUBE. Now TUBE is changed, but Problem is getting again and again…. So I said to ONIDA service center people to Replace new TV then they said ok. So I accepted to take the TV back then service center people taken back to the service center. Now they are Cheating me with give my Old TV as saying NEW TV (and even Problem is not fixed). Now if I ask about Problem, Now they are saying it is This Model Problem you can find out in New TV also. Pls… Pls….
