Onida 3 Star 1.5 Ton Split Ac — regularly leckeging of the gas

we brought onida split 3 star AC from onida company othorised dealer in ahmedabad on dated 15.02.12 since that
time we can not use the product properly because i the time of 1.5 month the gas lickege is occured to times, so we feel that there is a manufacturing defect in that pcs.so, please change that defective pcs. and please give new pcs instead of this defective pcs.
please do needful as soon as posible
