I had a free service for my 1.5 split ac that was purchased on march of 2012, When I contacted the customer care 39889000 and they gave me the confirmation of 24 hrs of the engineering visiting to my place after 72 hrs I contacted there was no response, when I contacted the local customer care that is at Hyderabad. I spoke to a lady Madhavi at 11:00 am she told me that to call after one hour and again I contacted Madhavi she was very rude to me and the second time I contacted I spoke to Nivedita who was the front office reception who do not know to speak to a customer. when I contacted Mr. Anjenyulu who is the General Manager of the company [protected] on his mobile no I made around 5 calls regarding the complaint He was at least bother to call me and update me the status at last I came to the Zonal Manager of the company MR. Reddy I contacted on his mobile no [protected] after listing to my complaint he started using abusive language and told me to not to disturb him (HE WAS MORE CHEAP THAN A CHAPRASI) he told me that he will sent the technician but I have to pay the charge of 500/- for servicing.
