[Resolved] Onida — 32" Diamond Rock LCD is very bad | |||
I have recently purchased a 32" Diamond Rock TV from TMC which was launched with lot of fanfare in hyderabad in partnership with TMC. But the product is so bad that it developed problem from day 2 as it was not getting on. We called many times the Onida service centre and they guaranteed to sent out the technician within 24 hours but he turned up after 48 hours and informed unofficially that there is a manufacturing defect and he has to replace a part. We than took up with TMC and after many phone calls managed to get a replacement but the new one is also started complaints with picture clarity, sound & other features like USB port, Computer Port etc., as none of them were working. We again called up the service centre but the same old response. We really feel cheated and looks like the Onida is behaving like true devil to its customers. I also understand from the delivery boys that this piece of Onida 32'' are giving serious problems to many other customers also. If any others also facing the same problem we can form a group and take on Onida. In the name of pride they are cheating & playing with customers and taking them for granted I sincerely, advise not to go for any Onida Products. Was this information helpful? | |||
