T.V not repired

Hallo,Im from New Satish Electronics,Parli-vaijanath,Dist-beed
Their is Onida Colour tv 1200W,tv is totally dead.So i launch the complain at 25/05/2012 and compln.no.12058486380412
But this is my stock complain from that date the complain connot be solved.Therefor this tv i cant sell to costumer
Also no any mechanic can take action or service.
