[Resolved] Onida - TV — Not Replacing Malfunctioning TV under Guarantee period | |||
I bought Onida flat TV (UltraSlim 300) in month of March2012 from Radhika Electronics, Kalewadi Phata, Near pimple saudagar Pune, But when I was watching new on some of the channel observed that lower strips of news getting cut so confirm whether it's problem with TV or the broadcasting I verified same issue for many other channels like sports channels where score card of cricket match in lower left bottom is also getting cut. So, I did complain for the same. Onida service person came and he tried some troubleshooting but couldn't fixed it. He, then told me that picture tube of TV should be calibrated to resolve the issue. After, this I speak to Onida service manger named "Bhasker" for Pimpri area Pune and asked himt to replace the TV but he denied and told me that he can only repair not replace. Please , suggest me how should i tackle this situation as Product purchased it self malfunctining from 1st day, I want replacement for the product.
