[Resolved]  Onida Washing Machine — the drainage of dryer does not work even after repeated complaints

Dear Manager Customer Complaints Cell,
The complainant purchased a washing machine in july 2007 much against the wish of my Wife, a semi automatic one after successful experience of twelve years vediocon semi automatic washing machine, considering onida to be the pioneers their product would be better. To my utter dismay right from the start it had problems spare shortage no one listening to complaints shortage of staff etc.
As our two painful associated years were to come to an end the sales staff promptly turns up like a genie to offer us another two years of extended warranty at900 or 1000/=rupees.
the undersigned declined banking on the credibility of the organisation which was not there at all.
My woes increased the motor of the drier concked of just under the guarentee period fortunately for me unfortunately for the organisation, the same was replaced after much running to the company's service center, by the uninterested sales staff wanting to sell the extended warranty, from last one week the same problem has started again but to no avail of relief.where as I have paid for the services just four weeks ago.
Iam from KANPUR, purchased from M/s KINESCO 80 feet Rd. KANPUR. I have made up my mind a loss of Rs 6000/= is immaterial but in my family and friend circle no one is going to buy ONIDA product I happen to be a customer service and soft skill trainer.
