[Resolved] Online KSRTC Bus Ticket — failed transaction amount not refunded | |||
Respcted sir, this is prasad, i have tried to book a ticket in KSRTC official website from bangalore to chennai. during the process my money has been debited twice from my account and after that i got a message that the transaction is being cancelled. i've given compliant to KSRTC official website [protected]@ksrtc.they sent a message that my money will be credited back in 7 working days. but i've not yet got my money till now. so, please refund my money as soon as possible. the details of the transaction are as follows: 1st transaction: OB ref number: OB6518392 2nd transaction: OB ref number: OB6518328 transaction date: 28/06/2012 transaction ID: prasadvdn Was this information helpful? | |||
