Hi my name is Raja Karmakar, I have an account with SBI Ganguli Bagan Branch, Kolkata-84 for quite a long period of time. I have been provided with an envolope which contains the first time Temporary User ID and the Password. And told by the bank executive that it will get activated by 2 working days and after that need to follow the instruction mentioned as under:
As per the instruction:
1. I have to login to the www.onlinesbi.com webpage then
2. Need to click on the "Personal Banking" button
3. Need to mention my Temporary User ID and the Password
4. Once you are successfully logged in to the page it will ask me to change the temporary User ID &
I have tried login to the page with the temporary user name and the password but nothing happend, moreover the website does not gives us any solution to get the issue sorted out. There should be some contact numbers or some instructions which I could have followed.
Now I am writing this with the hope that my issue will get resolved and don't know what all surprises / issues are waiting for me once I will be able to access the page. This is very sad that the countries no. one Online Banking Organisation has such a big loop hole.
I would appreciate if I get a quick response on this as I am loosing my trust on "SBI".
