[Resolved] Orange Properties — CHEATING ON PROPERTY | |
I HAD BOOKED A PROPERTY - FLAT THROUGH ORANGE PROPERTIES, PROMOTED BY MANJUNATHA DEVELOPERS - MUNIRAJU. WHEN MY LOAN WAS NOT SACTIONED THROUGH FEDERAL BANK, I HAD ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THE ROUGES ARE NOT WILLING TO REFUND THE MONEY. BOTH ORANGE PROPERTIES AND MANJUNATHA DEVELOPERS ARE HAND IN GLOW AND CHEATING PEOPLE. I WANT JUSTICE AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHOM (AGENCY) TO CONTACT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. GO TO ICICI BANK, THEY WILL APPROVE THE LOAN AS 90% OF MANJUNATH BUILDERS PROPERTY HAS SOME OR THE OTHER PROBLEMS. THE FLATS NEXT TO LAKE CITY RESIDENCY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HANDED OVER ON APRIL 2007 AND STILL ITS NOT COMPLETED. THEY WONT PAY U THE MONEY SO THE ONLY OPTION U HAVE IS TO FILE A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT AGAINST THE BUILDER AND ORANGE PROPERTIES AS ORANGE P MASTERS IS SELLING FAKE AND FRAUD PROPERTIES AND GOOD

Orange property — Dishonor of cheque
Respected Sir/Ma'am,I had booked a flat in the Orange Premium apartment in the month of October, 2008. The day I booked it I paid INR 20, 000.00 as token advance. But, after three months I had decided not to go for the same property. Hence, I gave a written application for the cancellation of the flat to the Orange Property. Orange Property agreed to return me the amount deducting 30% of the same as was in the agreement. I too agreed and they gave me a PDC for 28/04/2009. But, the same PDC was dishonoured due to insufficiency of fund. I have already informed about this to the Orange Property. There after Orange Property requested me to give it more time till 12/05/2009 and promised that it would transfer the amount to my account without fail. But, today (on 12/05/2009) also the company is showing its inability to pay me due to insufficient balance. I am attaching the mail-chain between me and Orange Property after the 1st payment failure.
Kindly advice me how should I proceed in this matter.

This problem has been solved on 13/05/2009.
I was excited when I saw advitisement in news papers and made an appointment to see the property consultant. The deal was very impressive and I immediately booked a flat and payed 2 lakhs by cheque. I was promised that they'll pay me 7, 000 Rs every month. I recieved cheques for 4 months and later I got a phone call that they want to make a re agreement on the flat. They decided to reduce the cost of property by 4 lakhs. I dont know how geinuine these people are. I am asking for a refund. I dont if I am being cheated. If anybody wants to make a legal complaint, I am with you.
Orange property — Cheating
One of my friend has given advance to Orange property to book a flat in their Township near by the airport. They assured that within 2 months the agreement will be made and construction will be started. But after 4 months also, they have not proceeded further. If we ask for the amount also, there are no proper reply. They have done this to so many persons and FIR filed against them. If we go to court how long it will take and please tell me what is the procedure? Hi, as I am also one among the victims, trying hard to get back my amount. Why don't we join as a group to get back our amount?
my friend brought a property from orange properties and paid a down payment of rs 7, 00000 and he was told that it has to get bangalure development authority approved it cause it is a greenland and now when he wants his money back they are now willing to refund any amont please help and provide information on the same as soon as possible i[censored] know.these guys are big cheats and keep promissing more properties.
Folks, I went and lodged a complaint at the Central crime branch (CCB), CottonPet today from my orange premium apartment, it is dissapointing to know that the Orange properties owners are underground now. There were tons of complaints lying with the CCB. and even for Orange woods and electronics.
Some o[censored]s Internet savvy are aware of the problem but there would be many others who are not yet aware of the problem.

Orange properties office in Banaswadi closed and many of were asked by the police to register a formal complaint at the central crime branch at cottonpet. Please take copies of your reciepts and agreement copies to lodge your complaints.
We also have to unite and there is a yahoo group where duped investors like us should join and discuss next step forward.

Orange property — Free site cheating
2-3 months back Orange property came up saying if we buy any product/furniture from them worth above Rs25000/- we shall provide a free site near Tavarekere/sirshi close to Tumkur. When i approached them they tried avoiding me. Later after forcing them they provided the Allotment letter and informed me that the site visit and registration will happen in month of July. Now the office is closed. Folks, I went and lodged a complaint at the Central crime branch (CCB)as well for my orange premium apartment. I had paid 2 lacs of hardearned money to Orange. It is dissapointing to know that there has been no developments until now, when I checked with the CCB inspector incharge this week. He informed me that once there is some development they will inform us and there is no need to call and enquire. What are we going to do now? Any thoughts on how to get our money back?
They are cheating the public badly...
