Actually i m planning to buy this product. but After read those comments i have changed my plan. thanks for all

All the above complaints really really true .I am facing the same above problems, nothing else to say .So please don't buy this product and become mad talking to those senseless .

I am also planning to file a complaint in consumer court.

No :1 .Fraud company in chennai I have paid money for annual maintenance for 2 years .I am fool, now I am not getting any response for my complaints, even though I have paid money.

I had purchased an orbitrek. The moment I enquired there was a quick folliw up for order. However the cost quoted was just a marginal discount over MRP. The product is available in other modes at half the price.
Direct company sales is a marketing gimmuck. Now the electronic meter is found broken abd noted on second day of delivery and is no way able to contact these chennai office guys. Recommend nit to buy these telebuys unless a physical show room is near you to kick these *******.

After reviewing all of your complaints, I have a second thought to buy Orbitrek elite from Telebuy. I will refrain from buying until I see any positive reply for your complaints from Telebuy officials. Let's see.

Even i have experienced the same. i totally agree this. i brought orbiter on Feb 2013. After 1 month it started making noise. i have been calling for service since 2 months, The technicians will tell "we will service today, tomorrow...bla bla bla..." but not even a single response from any one. This is the WORST SERVICE.what they show in TV advertisement is FAKE FAKE FAKE.At the time of purchase if we give missed call, they directly deliver the product and they will be very kind, as if they take care of everything, but it doesn't work even for 2 months. completely failure model.WE ARE VERY TIRED OF CALLING FOR SERVICE. better we are planning to throw this product. i think that will be the best solution to get rid of this problem.

But i would like to tell people who planned to get this product, i BEG not to buy. waist of money and time

This is an other way to fool public. THIS IS SO SO CHEAP, WORST SERVICE, TOTALLY RIDICULOUS

There is no service after sales of Orbitrk Elite.They are focussing on sales & Profit only.I had purchased their machine on 09/02/2012, i found abnormal noise & overplay on the wheel.

I called the customer service on 07/08/2013.I following them from 7/8/2013 to 20/08/2013.But there is no response from their end.If i give missed call to the number, they will call immediately for sales.But no body is ready to service.I was ready to pay the service charge & replacement of parts if required.They will promise that they will attend the issue today today today, this is the daily comment from their side.But there is no today for them

Hence i request & suggest please dont purchase this product from telebuy

Naveen from Bangalore - I was also planning to buy a machine after seeing advertisement in channels. Thank God. After seeing the Consumer Complaints, I have just given up the idea.

I have purchased Orbitrek Elite one and half year back and i was transferred from WB to AP and in the shipment one connecting rod was misplaced and call them to provide a new one but these people are not at all responding and advise to contact another person and from past one year this machine was use less.They are not at all interested in after service and only selling on new ones.Think twice before purchasing this one as if any problems occur, your machine will be useless as there is no one to respond.

Thank god i was also planing to buy the Orbitrek Elite and after seeing all these reviews i have completely changed my mind.. I have been searching for a good elliptical machine through internet but due to less information i was not able to decide which is best. After seeing all these ADs in TV I was planing to go for the Orbitrek but luckily came across this site and also came to know almost all are having bad experiences on this machine.. Thanks for opening my Eyes Guys... will be really helpful if some one can let me know of a good alternative machine that comes on the price range of 20-25K. Am planning to get married hopefully in next year so desperately needed to loose weight...

hai friends. after seeing the advertisements in major tv channels, I am supposed to buy this product now. Because those advertisements are like that. they are very impressive in manner. By considering all your replies I just don't want to buy this.

I ordered for this Elite yesterday.. They told it will be delivered yesterday itself. But they dint bothered to inform that workers are not available for delivery. Even today, i waited till 7.30 PM and no call from their side about the delivery. I called them to check the status. They informed it will come by tomorrow. If they cant deliver the product on the said time why they market.. I cancelled the order. Before sales service itself very poor.

I was about to place an order today for this product. Luckily I went through the review page and I got the shock of my life.

I think not even a single satisfied customer will not be there for this product.

If that is the case, why are they taking steps to rectify the problem ???
