Rajiv Gupta of Orchid Infrastructure Developers Private Limited., is not a cheat. Rajiv Gupta is a FRAUD, CHEATER, has done FORGERY along with politician & his partners. Rajiv Gupta has played fraud with the department as well but every time gets away by bribing the police because they are a highly saleable commodity & by using political pressure.
I came across a case of 1 Mr. Suneel Sardana who despite his best efforts could not get an FIR registered in over 17 years due to huge gratifications made by Rajiv Gupta of Orchid Infrastructure. Imagine the cheeks of Rajiv Gupta that no police officers including few seniors IPS officers have been able to get a personal statement of this culprit so far.
Buyers are cautioned & be made aware hereby that DO not buy property from Orchid Infrastructure as their are more then 50 companies, he has changed names before making & naming it Orchid infrastructure.
Mayfield Gardens was never a project of Rajiv Gupta alone, moreover Rajiv Gupta has been playing FRAUD with various citizens of India.
West end Greens was never Rajiv Gupta or Orchid Infrastructure Development.
You cannot register a complaint against Rajiv Gupta because he will get away by paying heavy Bribes because of the fact that he has all stolen wealth & acquired money & land by grabbing and if somebody goes to him he is bought out at some cost. e.g. recently in a raid by CBI Cash worth 50 crores was recovered from his house at 4A Prithvi Raj Road.
So if you ever decide to register an FIR, make sure you approach directly the court and have the best & most expensive lawyer because chances are that he will buy out your lawyer as well. Moreover, even if you can bribe, remember that his pockets are so deep that Rajiv has even openly said at a meeting that he can by out politicians also as Rajiv Gupta Orchid Infrastructure has no dearth of stolen money and parting of even 10% of this money will keep Rajiv Gupta at Bay.
All Gupta's are also warned not to deal with Rajiv Gupta of Orchid Infrastructure or keep their kin’s name as Rajiv because he might somewhere be related to the BLACK FACED & BLACK SPOT on the Gupta Clan Mr. Rajiv Gupta of Orchid Infrastructure Developers Private Limited.

Yes ofcourse we have aso facing.the same problem.!...and their is no one to help others in their office...even?here customers not satisfy with their employees
I have been facing the same problem from Orchid & recently I got in touch with an advocate mr. nitin gupta, who is already pursuing similar cases against orchid. he has informed me that if more people are ready to file a case against orchid, we can file a joint case & it would also build pressure on orchid and wud also be favourable for us in court.
