[Resolved]  Oriental Insurance Co Ltd — CLAIM NOT RECEIVED

We have claimed for reimburssment of mediclaim policy and document submitted to MD INDIAN Health Care Services (TPA) pvt ltd dated 29.10.2010 and till claim is not settled reason from TPA is ''Policy not enrolled'' but same party second claim was settled on 07.04.2011 CCN number 887056 Amt 19640/-. How can a TPA denied saying that policy was not enrolled ? Why the earlier claim was not settled ?
