[Resolved]  Oriental Insurance Company — not paying last 7 months

Dear sir, i have insurance policy of 35 lacs of my firm m/s jhamb spark colours.this firm deals in fire works last 14 years.3rd may 2008 night my firm godown is in fire late night, and 28 lacs rupees fire works had damaged.i have claim to the our insurance company(oriental insurance company)the company has appointed surveyor, we have submitted all types of papers like purchase bills, sale bils, fir copy.we have done all papers.i have also show the our sales tax record.after 7 months the oriental insurance company agreed to give only 4.80 lacs rupee claims.but this payment could not be given till now.i have complate you against oriental insurance company divisional office ferozepur city(punjab)please take action immidietlly sir. thanks & regard m/s jhamb spark colours ferozepur city(pb) ph-[protected] [protected]
