[Resolved]  Oriental Insurance Company — renewal of medeclaim policy

i was working at a mnc which had a corporate contract with FHPL . my family was covered under floater and due to critical illness of one member last year i exhausted the limit . now i have left the job and insurance company is refusing to renew the policy as we were under a corporate policy and individually they are not accepting . if i take a new policy they will not cover for the present illness ( Carcinoma ) . can i get the company to cover for my family when i pay the premium individually and since it is a critical illness they cover us under the old policy or allow cover for the member for the diagnosed problem in the previous year under the corporate policy thru them only . same insurance company only
