[Resolved] Oriflame — wrongly billed for this product | |
I had paced an order against my Consultant no. 2142179. I recieved a bill for Rs. 1566/- which was paid by me to the deliverer directly upon recieving the parcel at my residence. Upon openning the parcel I realized that I had been billed for 1 Pure Skin Blackhead astringent but have not recieved this in the packet of products ???? My order was taken by Ghanshyam on the 23.02.2010at 9.45 am. I have tried calling up the Oriflame immediately at all numbers, but all the telephone numbers are comming busy ? Oriflame — replace product in order
my name is patel, i ordered for the oriflame products by the no. of 13412 on 10th Nov. 2009 & by miss understand they write 13413 by the oriflame branch office subscribers (vily parle), beyond i inform about the miss order , even they dont listen about our request.(i knew it bcz exceeding amount against my estimate by the estimated from catelogue) they increased one more articals,which i dont need, ....................................please feedback me..............................Customer satisfaction rating Customer satisfaction rating is a complex algorithm that helps our users determine how good
