[Resolved]  Orkut — I am being insulted

My frustrating error message

promote option is not working on my orkut account I really feel humiliated when my friends are using it and it does not work for me. I ve been an orkut user for past 5 years and this is really frustrating me because this is the 3rd time I have contacted orkut regarding this. Last time I got a reply from the help forum stating that this is just a temporary bug and will be fixed very soon. But nothing seems to happen. I thing orkut is least concerned about an individual's problem, If this continues I will be forced to delete my account and I will also ask my friends to do the same. I hope at least you can help me with my problem
