subscription and service

i am subscriber since its inaugral issue, with old name, intelligent investor.
when i shifted to ggn, during renewal of subscription, they promised each issue will be sent by courier, for 5 yrs they kept fooling me by sending magazine thru their vendor almost upto 1 week late.

i got twenty calls for renewal in one day from mr shubham, again re assuring each issue will be sent by courier, after credit card details shared and txn completed i am calling same guy and ms mona for twenty days, no replies or if they pick they say will call in 10 mins, never called in 3 weeks.shame on their behavior.

why subscribing again and again??????? bcos i like the magazine!!!!!!!
will they change their ways????????

by the way, my latest subs number is 107242.

my last subs no was 114346 0f 2007.
