sir /madam i have booked parcel from srinagar{j&k} to bhusawal {m.s} from your srinagar office on 28th feb.my parcel has reached ur jalgaon office from last eight days.ur office staff had called me about this to pick up my parcel from jalgaon.i had told him that i have paid ur charges till bhusawal and for home delivery.he had told me to make D.D in favour of you for courier charges.i have made D.D from last seven days but yet i have not received the parcel.i have talked on phone with your office staff of jalgaon atleast 15 times and every time they have conveyed me that we r sending your parcel today.sir inspite of bearing so much charges i am not satisfied with your services.out of my all experiences till today in my life about courier services this was my worst experience.actually i had a very good view about your services.so sir to continue about ur good views please do the required action to resolve this issue at your earliest.waiting for ur immediate action.moreover u can contact me on my cell no-[protected] for any queries.
