[Resolved]  Overnite Express Courier Service — delay of service

Dear Sir,
We have received a email from Dr.Reddy's foundatation that they have sent a courier on 27/5/2010 vide consignment #[protected].The status at Overnite website suggests that this consignment got delivered on 3rd June.

. But till to-day, I have not received it. Kindly inquire in the matter and confirm me on my mob.no [protected].

I applied for PAN on 14th July, 10. As per online status my PAN card has been dispatched on 21-Jul-2010 by Overnite Express Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected], at the address for communication (Dinesh Flour Mill, Mochiwada, Ward No. 38, Churu Rajasthan PIN 331001)indicated by me in the application but same I not receive till today. Your Mumbai branch answered that same has been dispatched to Jaipur branch and Jaipur branch is not giving satisfy answer after several calls. Why after 20-25 days same is not delivered to me and where is my PAN card.

its not overnite courier, , , , , , , , , , , its fortnight delivery courier service...
my refrence number is[protected]courier booked on 18th oct2010 from Abohar(punjab) to Hydrabad...it was urgent medicine of my grand mother...they ensured the delivery with in one day, , , , and have cherged rs 250/-...but very sorry to say that after 5 days of booking, , , still its on the way to delhi--hydrabad...on dot is much better, , , previously i was using on dot only, , , charges was 30 only and delivery was in two days only...I think Post office is much better than this over nite(sorry fortnight courier)

Received a SMS for delivery was not done. ref no[protected].

My Tracking number #[protected], shows being delivered to me on 2nd Dec 2010 to a person named Munna . But i don't know who is Munna, Why you people delivered it to any body on the road. Now i'm helpless where to look for. this is not the 1st time with your courier service, Last time my friend also experienced the same thing. I feel that delivery boy don't delivered it at all and keeps some where. So please check it .

I was given courier with pod no[protected] on dated 06/01/2011 from Nalgonda to Chennai. But after two days they returned to me where i was given in from address. Your team are not checking from address and to address. Blindly they are returing to same customers. This is not first time, so many times they done like this. These number are giving some bips. Please call me or give me a your correct details as soon as possible. it's urgent.

I couriered a parcel to hydrabad, through online i saw that it was not delivered to the party due to incorrect address, but the parcel was not returned to me till date.

I dont understand why such things are happening, if it is not supplied it should automatically returned to the customer.
