[Resolved]  Overnite Express Courier Service — delay of service

Dear Sir,
I Joginder s/o Mr. Shiv Charan, my pan card despatched by nsdl on 29.03.2011 vide air bill number [protected]. However, the same are not been delivered at my resident address (House No. 96, ward No. 2, Mehrauli, Near Gorakh Mandir, Newdelhi - 110030.) on our several intimation to the customer executive. Please take the needful action for non delivery of pan card.

i received a SMS on 04 may 2011 10:10 am
That SMS says D/Cust, We are unable to deliver your courier from ANIL.
Your Ref No- [protected]. Contact us:[protected] Tks - Overnite Express

I called that no for the day long but nobody picked the phone.

In the evening at 5.42 pm, i recieved another sms stating

D/Cust, We 've recd no response from you for your shipment AWB# [protected]. please contact at[protected] for delivery. Thks-Overnite Express

Again i started calling for an hour long, still no one picked.

From 9 AM next day i called up the no mentioned for more than 2 hrs, still no one picked.
Finally i decided to call overnite Express Ofc at mahipalpur, Delhi and talked with the representative for the shipment, the person assured me that by 6th may, she will send the courier at my address, but by another half an hour at 11.21am i recieved another sms stating...

D/Cust, Since we've recd no response from you for your shipment AWB# [protected], we're sending it back to origin. Thks-Overnite Express.

Kindly help me out for recieving the courier at the earliest as it content very important docs required for admission of my cousin which is scheduled at 8th May 2011.

PLEASE ARRANGE FOR MY PAN CARD DELIVERY.AWB NO [protected]

overnight type with bajaj finance ltd pune but when i went to overnight courier office all staff saying that my type finished with bajaj finance & not recieved courier.

i havent seen these types of services my parcel has taken 7 days to reach from kota to indore and it is my important form and vendor has suggested me that it will reach in 3-4 days and it reached when the last date has been crossed

We are dealing with your Okhla Branch in the name of Niyogi Books and Niyogi Offset Pvt Ltd.for the last many years. Of late we are facing some serious problems. We do not get PODs. Whenever there is a problem we refer your website. Instances are coming to light that your website shows the docket as delivered. But our client says he has not received. When we refer to your branch we get ZERO cooperation. Mr. Sandeep Jukhet and Alok Das have no time to listen to us. Recent such examples are AWB [protected] Dated 02.06.2011 to Mr Nasreen Muni Kabeer and [protected] dated 28.05.2011 to Ms Reshma Ghoshal both for Mumbai. Your website shows these as delivered. We are receiving cmplaints of not having received till date which effects our name, fame and business. We do not know whether you are effected or not. But if this is the dealing we will be taking suitable action against you for loss of our valuable documents.

It is the most rubbish courier. I did not receive my pan card in time and hence suffering loss due to the same... plz provide phone no. of akola courier...
Also no address is provided on site for akola courier...
If you cannot manage your akola courier branch then just close it...
this is not the first time ...

Dear sir: My self Arvind sengar, working with Invensys india ltd and handling power project at Rihand NTPC Sonebhadra, therefore all documents of our company as well as venders are reaching to me through Overnite courier, but due to delay in delivery ( Renukut Branch ) we are in huge trouble, so please do needfull.

Overnite Express attempted delivery of my consignment on 12th in spite of informing the vendor Indiaplaza that I would be out of town from 10th to the 15th. A Mr Babu phoned me and I informed him that I would be in Mumbai on the 16th. They attempted delivery on the 15th knowing fully well that I would not be at home. I have been frantically calling them on the various numbers they have sent to me by SMS but all these numbers do not function. I have tried their Goregaon numbers but there has been no response. I tried the Mahim number and the person who answered gave me a whole host of wrong numbers. I have sent a message to the vendor and am awaiting their response.

I M FROM RATNAGIRI, TILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY COURIER FROM 5 DAYS . THIS WAS SEND ON 14 SEPT, 2011 FROM PUNE.

Hi sir,
I am Padmini Singh from jeypore, dist- Koraput (Orissa) applied for a pan card. I have applied two months back if I check on net it shows on 09th aug 2011 it is delivered through Overnite Express lt. courier its bill no.[protected]. But still I haven't got my pan card. Because of it I may So I may loose some money because of taxation. Most probably I am going for consumer court. If I ask for my courier in the office then his behavior is very worst. So do the need full action neither I will take an action.

One important document was sent to Chennai from jodhpur rajasthan on 7/10/11.With promise to deliver on 10 /10/11.
