Overnite Express Limited — Missing of coupons

Dear Sir,

I sent coupons through courier- Overnite Express Ltd. docket No: [protected] sent last week from paradeep to Tuticorin. Today (17.09.2012) My parents received the same and found 1 no of coupon received out of 4 no's sent by me. The things appears as the package was opened during the transit by courier persons and 3 nos of coupons was taken/stolen by them. The coupon worth is Rs. 7,800/- (Rupees seven thousand eight hundred only).

kindly take necessary actions and arrange to refund my coupons/money worth.
