overnite express ltd couriers — not received pan card

dear sir, my pan card is not recieved me at my airway no. is [protected] i m from gurgaon for your kind information pan has dispatched on 19 jun 2008 but i not recieved kindly send my pan card otherwise i will complaint pan office mumbai i m working with FICCI DELHI.

Overnite Courier — wrong delivery of parcel

A parcel containing LG Vacum cleaner was sent by SBI Card people from Chennai on[protected] under Ref.No :[protected] to be delivered to Mr.Mohammad Afzal, 291, Nasheman, 16-3-993/A/B, Malakpet, Hyderabad - 500 024 Cell [protected]. I have been in regular touch with the SBI Card People in this regard. Today on knowing that still I did not recieve the said parcel they furnished me the details of courier, Ref.No, Date, Hyderabad office contact numbers of courier etc., to check up the matter with them. When contacted, to my utter surprise, the Hyderabad office people informed me that the parcel was delivered to one "Mrs.Sulthana" with contact no:[protected]. To my further surprise the said telephone no belongs to one Mr.Sathyanarayana who expressed his total ignorance of the parcel or any such thing. The response by the Hyderabad office people is very casual & they could not explain me as to how the consignmernt could be delivered to a wrong person whos residence & telephone nos do not match with that of the address on the parcel. On my pressing them hard they took all the details from me syaing they will let me know as to what went wrong in the delivery. I have reported the matter to SBI Card people and also making this compliant with you since I feel this to be very much irregular, irresponsible and looks to be malafide on the part of the concerned staff of your courier.

I received a message on my mobile on 31/01/2012 that the air way bill no. [protected] through OVERNITE EXPRESS LTD. had delivered on 28/01/2012, but no one received in my house. when i enquired in regional office they had given the phone no. of kukatpally branch head Mr.Pradeep ([protected]), Mr. Pradeep had given the phone no. of Mr. Prabhu ([protected]) by stating he looks delivery in miyapur, but Prabhu said that he will check with delivery boy and reported that it had not delivered and he had wrongly typed the bill no. as delivered.

The service of Overnite courier is not good. My consignment with Airway Bill No. [protected] was sent on 19.2.2013 and upon tracking the site says it has been delivered on 22.2.2013. But surprisingly the consignment has not been received by any member of my family. On contacting the Overnite courier Hyderabad office, they are not ready to give me the proof of delivery. So the delivery system of Overnite courier is very bad and there is not good system of feedback.
