Sir I have top Up oxi cash e wallet on 4th August 2011. at twice by Rs 330/- at first time my bank account display transaction sucessful but oxi cash display transaction failed i have try another chanse.at second chance my bank account further debited and oxi cash credited. but oxi cash has not refund my money for failed transaction. i have also try to fill claim form of oxi cash but it is a joke . I also mail to oxi cash kindly refund money or rechage e wallet but no response from their side. .
