[Resolved] Oxigen Mobile Recharge Service Provider — harrasing behaviour of retailer | |||
I have recharged my vodafone(bihar) mobile no-[protected] with rs-111 by oxigen machine using counter on 12/07/12 there is no slip generated for customer copy or shopkeeper copy only one slip found for money deduction,after allegation on shopkeeper he talk to oxi customer care & executive confirmed recharge successful on that no.& When we said not getting the balance he provided us complaint no-[protected] After confirmation from oxi cash customer care executive for refund & i re4quest to retailer for rechage the particular amt. he is denying for that & harassing us.he is arrogant in that case.his Ro code is[protected] & address is-shop-38 ,suncity arcade,suncity sec-54,gurgaon plz help us what we should do.
