Re: P&G Salesperson and TSI behavior

I am running a shop named New Parivar and a regular buyer of P&G products.

Unfortunately, your salesperson Mr. Harender Kumar has misbehaved with me when i ask about the way services being delivered to me . The distributor is SKM enterprises.
I am disappointed because when i tried to reach TSI Mr. Parveen Kumar regarding this issue; he also had the same attitude towards me.When i asked to him about the services and salesperson behavior then in reply he(Parveen Kumar) mentioned that we will not deliver any P&G product to my shop.
I felt like i was cheated or something was not disclosed clearly or was misrepresented to him.
