Please note that nobody made compliant against the company because all the cheques passed on due date without delay. So investors should not panic in this period

Mr. kadar you mean to say the cheque which we have that would be clear without any interaption...?i have some cheques which date is 25 sep so i should present that cheque that will clear...?

please do not take any action against the company immediatly, let us wait for few more days, people say that the company MD applied for stay order and he will come out between 5th to 10th of october, then he will repay the priniple amount, so better to wait till that time, if nothing happens even after 10th, then definitely all investors will have to take some action, so please be patient

Investors... Please dont get carried away by these people trying to calm u down... they are trying to bury the problem... FOREX trading is illegal in india for corporates... It is allowed only for individuals... So Paazee does not have any kind of license from RBI... Wish u good luck...

my humble request! please make people confused and panic, now everybody is worried about the present situation, and u r spreading unnecessarily rumours like paazee opening SANCHOO or panchoo etc, i do not know what u get from these messages, we r all getting positive news from company and believing, what u r going to do if we get all our money back? r u an investor in paazee?

Appreciate your CARETAKING of all the investors. But, rather than blaming Vignesh, people should understand that hard earned money will only stay with you.

I[censored] are an invester : Before investing, do u think (atleast for a minute), how this much interest can be given for ur investment ? Do u think, through Forex trading, you can earn this much amt in a short period of time? Do u think, Forex trading can be done through a corporate ? Do u know how much risk is there in forex trading ? Am sure, even if this MD comes out of this problem, he can not give you back the complete invested amount. Juz bcz of your greediness, u lost ur sleep and u r juz waiting for something to happen atleast to get ur invested amt. I can really feel sorry for u. Atleast now u should correct urself and try to earn money in a proper way. don't entertain companies like paazee, who are juz playing with public's money.

I[censored] are an agent : Are u aware that Paazee is not registered properly in SEBI? DO you know, RBI has defined lots of procedures & policies to collect public's money? Juz to earn money, u cheated people like Sankaranarayanan, Sureshkumar (by giving false hopes...) who doesn't know anything abt trading, and now they are in the platform. We know very well that you have earned much amt. Juz to protect you and to postpone the problem, u spread out rumours that everything will be solved... Do u think, govt will unlock the account juz like that ? Do you think govt will release all the money that has been used for illegal FOREX transactions (or as somebody say, HAWALA transactions !!!)

If you are one of the owner or emplyee for this company : I don't have much to say as whatever I said for agaent is applicable to u also. But one thing I am sure that RBI/SEBI will never leave you juzt like that. U shuld be answerable for all the investors who juz got cheated bcz o[censored]r intelligent marketing (I heard u don't even have a proper name board in ur office ! is that true ??? ).

Sorry if I used harsh words... I can only pray for all the investors who are still believing that they will get there money back (though itz not going ot happen) .

thanks for ur valuable openion. i know that there are lot of procedures and guide lines from rbi to collect public money and for depositing money in forign countries. but now the rbi problem is not in the picture and they have not directly probe deep about the company activities and the actual problem is known to most of the investors{external-political}, now we r all aware that the company MD is going to get CONDIONED BAIL for refunding the principle amount{it is true, he is getting bail on 6th oct}, so now all the investors expecting for the principle amount invested. and also the past track record of the company is very good in terms of assured returns for around FIVE years. And regarding the huge returns, YES, IT IS POSSIBLE to make such huge profit from forex trading with carefullness, i too am forex trader.at the same time it is too risky also.but the company is not under loss now anyway.
all commends r expected only after one week, my point is what if we wait for another one week? why to make all people panic? by telling all rules and regulations of rbi, cbi etc, etc, , {BUT REMEMBER, THOUGH THERE ARE ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS EVERY INDIAN KNOWS THAT ANYTHING CAN BE ACHIVED WITH THE HELP OF...I THINK U UNDERSTAND} i came to know that one investor had an heart attack immediatly when he heard all bad news telecasted in the medias.I TOO KNOW IT IS ILLEGAL BY PAAZEE AS A INVESTOR, BUT DEFINITLY WE ALL KNOW THE STEPS TAKEN BY MD TO SOLVE EVERY BODY PROBLEM, THAT IS TO SAY, RETURNING THE PRINCIPLE AMOUNT.

Hope u misunderstand what i told. I don't expect each & every people shuld understand RBI/SEBI policies. My only concern is people like Paazee Owner/agents juz used illiterate people money to make money. I expect people shuld understand there social responsibility and avoid these kind of incidence. To be frank, when I heard abt Paazee frst time, I never knew anything abt FOREX trading. frst thing which came on my mind is how this much intrest can be given for our investment in a legal way. We as a public shuld discourage people like Paazee owner/agents.

let me tell u something. Some of my relatives borrowed money and invested so much amt even aftr i warned them several times. now they felt they made a mistake and they lost there sleep & hungry... by sitting beside them i'm also juz praying for them to get there money bck... But my gut feeling is that they will not get there full money bck... As u told, since lot of political interventions r there, company has to pay lots of money to satisfy them. do u think company MD will pay this money frm his own packet ? it will go frm investors amt only...

I heard lot of agents earned more money in that and now they are coolly telling they are waiting for MD to come bck. Now MD is struggling, investors r struggling, and these guys are happily leading there life with investors money. thatz wat made me agry more.

To be honest, I expect investors shuld not get there money completely, so that atleast after this no body will do this mistake again (atleast it should get reduced). If they get there money bck, they will forget this incident easily, and start doing this mistake again. rather than feeling abt wat had happened in the past, i expect people to be more careful in the future. Hope u can understand my intention. Other than that I don't have any hard feelings on the investors. Letz all pray for the best.

Let me share some more info that i knew.

U are telling that RBI is not in picture. What I heard from some of my friends in Secratriate (all are in top level) is, RBI tracked this illegal Forex trading and alerted Central Crime Branch to look into this issue. They watched this companiy's transaction for a month and when they are abt to take action, these guys smelled and escaped. It is true that now some political intervention is there but that is initiated by the company only (to escape). i heard negotiations are going on now and politicians are expecting a lot which company hesitate to accept. hope both parties will copromise on some amount and close the deal at the earliest.
