Subject:- Correction of name in Policy Certificate.
I have deposited in your plan No. I 2 prriod 6 years, consideration Rs.15000/- on 30/4/2009. in the name of Garupadappa S Kokalgi R/o. Akkalkot Dist.Solapur. Registration No. U[protected] date 30/4/2009, yearly payment of Rs.2500/-.
I have made complaint to your office but office is not giving any cooperatoin, not giving any information for correcting the spelling mistake in the name of Policy holder.
Kindly requested to informe me what is proceedure for correcting the name as "Gurupadappa" instead of "Garupadappa"
