what is this?

Pathetic service from PAFEX COURIER SERVICE
we sent 9 boxes of parcel through pafex couerier from bangalore to chennai by surface cargo on 16/7/2009, but till now the material has not reached chennai, they say the material is lost in transeit and asking me to claim from insurer.the material is worth 68, 900/-..They have a worst customer care support and nobody bothers to reply also.
I have approached court on this regards, Please suggest me if any body has cases against this company.
And also beware of this courier company

PAFEX is a utterly useless and irresponsible courier service. They do not even bother to pick up the phone. Their office addresses are not listed on their website. whoever deals with them gets totally harassed .
very service. this should be banned. persons sitting at pafex are just to eat groundnuts and make party time. no worries whether cust to hell or so...!!

I had a very very horrible experience with Pafex, my consignment worth thousands were delivered in a very pathetic condition. Some of them were damaged to the extent that we had to directly dump them in the trash bin. They dont care about Customers, they are simply irresponsible and service is the poorest. They do not respond at all for phone or e-mails. When you visit them they will tell ask you to send mails to who and who of pafex. But you will not be getting any replies from them. Going through them is waste of money and moreover you will be loosing your peace of mind. I will not recommend anyone to go for Pafex.
Pafes is the worst courier i have seen. The number given in the website for custormer is not working and when we write to them the mail get bounced back to us saying unable to deliver. These kinda couriers should be banned as they are stealing our money and time.
Pafex is the worst courier service.The contents were missing.The worst thing is no one is bothered to update about this...Even after complaining they are least bothered about the misshapen.Worst courier service

Shameless people or companies are so many but companies like PAFEX are very rare. They claim to deliver the product across the country within 48 hrs, but as of my experience with PAFEX, i can say this is one of the worst service provider. They have n no. of contact no, but none of them work, if any of them work, you will get different informations with different calls on the same day.

Online tracking shows that consignment has been dispacted but its not received.
No one attends the customer care phone calls.
The most pathetic courier service to deal with. Even a local courier service handles consignments far better than Pafex
