[Resolved]  PAFEX COURIER — Non-Receipt of Consignment

Pathetic/Horrible and disgusted Services from PAFEX Courier ----

How long a consignment by PAFEX takes to deliver? Is it not an astonishing fact that a consignment booked on 28th June 2010 in the morning hours ( 10 AM) at Ranchi with its destination at Balasore (Orissa) has not been delivered till 3rd July? Almost a week has passed and the consignment is touring through the whole country making it joke as tracked from PAFEX site.

PAFEX should feel ashamed off. There happens to be no Helpline. None of the customer services phones are picked up- i.e always there is no response from[protected] and[protected].

Such courier operators should be blocked. There is no government authorities in our country to look after such agony and disgusted services. After all time has come to depend fully on governement machinery i.e our Postal Department whose services have much more improved.

The consignment number is[protected]. This is my last consignment through PAFEX. Even at the end of 7th Day it has not yet been delivered to its destination.

To the same destination First Flight/ DTDC delivers within 3 days where as PAFEX more than 7 days. Why the consignment has been routed thru Delhi to Bhubaneswar ? where as it should have been routed thru Kolkatta to Baleswar as other couriers do. Balasore is a town located on main Train line having direct linkage from Howrah Stn.

If the same is not delivered by 5th July I am going to seek justice from consumer court.
