My consignment no.[protected] from Bangalore to Imphal , Manipur is not delivered till today 10th Dec 2010 sent on 3rd dec 2010. When ask what is the reason they said road is block. Do they take the charges to carry the document or consigment by road. They don't update their tracking system.
Stupid service and its not the first time. I don't know why Fed Exp has tied up with this stupid company.
