Things lost worth of 2900/-

Dear Sir,

This is the matter of year 2008 . I have send three things through Pafex Courier Company, the AWB No : 714253820 . From them two things has been stolen before to reach at destination (1>A Titan Watch : 2650/- and 2> A Parker Pen : 250/- ) .

After this thing happened , i talked to some senior officer over there , they asked me to write mails and to give details and also to claim the amount . I did all the things , but at end , i did not get any kind of response . They only been passed the responsibility to each other and making myself fool .

I used them as the medium to reach safely my things , but they dint realize this thing and also spoken to me very rudely and unprofessionally .

So , now as i have seen many things which been cleared up by this way ; hoping for my problem to get clear also i am putting the copy of mails attached below in pdf form .

I agree. Pafex is the worst. Never use this service. Their customer care number 60604639 (in all big cities) is never picked up. I have trying Bangalore number 080-60604639 and New delhi number 011-60604639 since morning. No reply! It can't get worse than this. They should shot down instead of cheating customers.
